The Belvoir Conference Room is available for hire as follows:

• Per Day £150 plus VAT
  Half Day £80 plus VAT
• Lunch two course per person £ 12.50
  Soup / Sandwiches per person £ 6.50
• Tea/Coffee/biscuits per person £ 2.25
• Hourly Rate: £25 plus VAT
• Room fully air conditioned; projector & screen
  Easel & Flipchart
• Dress Code

Room dimensions are approximately 30 feet x 50 feet and is suitable for TBD Guests.
